The Department of Electronics Engineering at Rajkiya Engineering College, Basti, was established in 2015, the same year the institute was founded. As of 2025, the department has successfully graduated several batches, with hundreds of students having completed their B.Tech degrees in Electronics Engineering. Our alumni have demonstrated excellence in competitive examinations such as GATE, CAT, and various Public Sector Unit (PSU) and government recruitment exams, securing placements in reputed industries, research organizations, and institutions of higher education.

Despite being relatively young, the department has consistently enhanced its academic, research, and practical capabilities. It houses state-of-the-art laboratories for core subjects like Digital Electronics, Analog Circuits, Microprocessors, VLSI Design, and Communication Systems—providing students with a robust hands-on learning environment.

The department is focused on developing industry-ready professionals through a curriculum enriched with project-based learning, workshops, technical events, and student-led innovation. Faculty members are actively involved in guiding research and mini-projects, fostering a culture of inquiry and experimentation from early semesters.
